  • Reseller of third-party solutions

Certain services are delivered through third-party platforms and are subject to their terms.

3. Nature of Services

Services are operational, advisory, and technical.

Outcomes may vary depending on:

  • Client systems and environments
  • Implementation decisions

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

Services are delivered based on industry best practices.

However, no service can guarantee complete protection from:

  • Cyber threats
  • Data loss
  • Unauthorized access
  • Operational disruptions

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Access controls
  • User behavior and training
  • System configuration
  • Data governance

Effective security depends on collaboration.

6. Service Availability

Certain services depend on third-party systems, infrastructure, and networks.

While PULP works to ensure reliability, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

7. Fees and Payments

Fees are defined in agreements or invoices and must be paid according to agreed terms.

8. Refunds and Adjustments

Due to the nature of services:

  • Implementation and advisory services are generally non-refundable once delivered
  • Ongoing services may be subject to contract terms

9. Third Party Services

Where third-party tools or platforms are used:

  • Clients may be subject to additional terms
  • Intellectual property remains with the respective provider

10. Intellectual Property

All third-party software, systems, and technology remain the property of their respective owners.

Clients are granted usage rights only.

11. Security Incidents

PULP will take reasonable steps to respond to service-related incidents.

Clients must cooperate where incidents relate to their systems or users.

12. Suspension and Termination

PULP may suspend or terminate services where necessary, including for:

  • Non-payment
  • Misuse
  • Security or compliance risks

13. Compliance with Laws

Clients agree to use services in compliance with:

  • Applicable laws
  • Data protection regulations
  • Cybersecurity requirements

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

PULP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption.

Liability is limited to the value of services provided over a defined period.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

16. Environmental Responsibility & EPR Commitment

PULP is committed to responsible lifecycle management of materials and information.

In alignment with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) principles, PULP:

  • Supports secure collection and processing of materials
  • Promotes recycling and material recovery through qualified partners
  • Works to reduce landfill impact
  • Contributes to circular economy practices

Where applicable, PULP works with downstream vendors and partners aligned with Canadian EPR frameworks.

Clients are encouraged to support responsible disposal and sustainability practices.
