Yes — free parking is available at the front and rear of our building.

For standard drop-off shredding — no appointment needed.

For in-person witness viewing of shredding—appointment is needed.

For pickups, large loads drop-offs, and for custom shredding —appointment is needed.

Where are you located?

Yes. We pride ourselves to be one of the very few professional shredding companies that offer residential services — walk-ins, drop-offs, or pick-ups.

Yes. Boxes can be dropped off directly. For large volumes, staff assist with unloading.

Yes — one‑time pickups, scheduled recurring service, or on‑demand collection for businesses and residences.

No. Shredding services have no minimums — from a single box to large purge projects.

Yes. We provide our award-winning shredding services on pre-scheduled recurring cadence (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.), or on-call basis.

No. PULP does not require long‑term contracts or auto‑renewals. Services are flexible and scoped to actual needs.

No. Our industrial shredders handle staples, paper clips, binders, folders, and small metal components.

Yes. In-person witness viewing of your shredding is available by appointment. Video verification is also offered.

We securely destroyanything confidential from paper to specialty products.

We shred: paper, hard drives, SSDs, phones, media, electronics, uniforms, textiles, ID cards, prototypes, branded materials, recalled products, packaging, labels, custom specialty products, recalled food disposal, and more.

If you have custom products that require shredding, get in touch with us for a free consultation and/or sample testing (offered at a small fee).

Yes. 100% of shredded paper is securely destroyed and recycled into new products — zero landfill.

Our shred bags are designed to be sturdy (dual-ply), safe (security print and sealant), and convenient (stands flat for easy to load). Each bag can hold up to 35 to 40 pounds of paper.

Our shred bags are strictlymeant for paper shredding. Staples and small paper clips are fine, but no other material (photographs, hard drives, plastics, metal, rubberbands, etc.) are allowed.

You can order them directly from our website or purchase them at our Calgary location.

Simply fill the bag to the line, seal it, and drop it off at our location — or schedule a pickup.
